My Story:

How I went from over weight, confused and frustrated to losing 10 pounds with ease, clear headed, strong and thriving in Perimenopause and why I built this for you.

I'm a nutritionist  and personal trainer with over 15 years of experience working with women in all phases of life. I know the research inside out. And when perimenopause arrived, I still felt completely blindsided. I was also dismissed by my healthcare provider and made to feel like it was all in my head and I was just the reason I was failing ( but that's a story for another day)

The weight gain. The exhaustion. The feeling that my body had stopped responding to everything I knew. I went looking for answers, real answers not generic advice. I started implementing what I learned on myself and then brought it to my clients over 40 struggling and the results changed the game.

I changed my nutrition. I changed how I trained. I stopped trying to out-discipline my hormones and started working with them. The results were extraordinary, down 10 pounds in 2 months. Endless client testimonials of how amazing they were feeling and I realized that what I had figured out was exactly what the women coming to me every day desperately needed.
